Certified Emails

Goal:

For selected partners. This feature will be release soon to all.

Enable Property Manager and Board members to send Certified Emails. This email provide legal proof of the content, sender, recipient, and delivery time. They function similarly to registered letters in the physical world. 

Before:
No such feature.

After:
Users can now hover over a folder to:

• Preview the list of document names inside.

• View the total size of the folder.

How to Activate

1. Navigate to the Configuration area.

2. Click Settings.

3. In the Communication Area, Click Certified Emails
   

4. Click Enable which will have a cost of $2.95 per receiver of the email sent:

Trigger Certified Email

Certified Emails will be available in two locations:

1. Message:

1. Navigate to the Communication tab.

2. Click Message & Request.

3. In the email section, you will see a new feature that allows you to toggle certification for that specific email.

View Reports:

Once you agree to the terms when sending a certified email, you will be able to access the report.

1. Go to the Sent area.

2. You will find a link to the Certified Delivery Report, which is a downloadable PDF providing detailed information about the email and its history, including:

• Who sent and who opened the email

• The time, IP address, and platform used to open the email

2. Mail Merge

1. Go to the Mail Merge area and setup your file as you usually do.

2. When you send your document, you will see a option for Certified Email:

3. Once sent, you will be able to see the report for the complete group of receivers or individually when you select the member :
