When you log into your Upperbee portal, you will have access to the home page, which contains all the information’s and functionalities a co-owner needs to stay informed and communicate with their property manager.
Below you’ll find the different functions that you’ll be able to access and use.
A. My Profile:
Your information’s are accessible via the portal, you can update your email address, phone number, mailing address, preferred language of correspondence, car make, insurance policy and other information required by your board of administrators.
B. Finances
The finance part allows co-owners to consult their account statement, as well as the payments they made, their current balance, monthly condo fees, and any other applicable information such as current budget, and financial statements.
C. Requests:
If you have any questions, requests such as ordering a set of access fobs and garage openers, requesting an approval of work renovations, asking a question, or signaling a problem in the property, you can do so by clicking on request and then selecting the appropriate type of request to create one.
D. Your Offers:
Upperbee’s users benefit from a multitude of offers from businesses and stores. Visit this section regularly to stay informed about the many advantages and offers available to you.
E. Find a supplier:
If you are looking for a supplier or service nearby, the Upperbee directory is at your disposal to help you find the services you are looking for closest to your residence.
F. Documents:
Co-owners have access to the document library to consult guides and other important documents made available to them. From the homepage, it is possible to quickly access a multitude of the most important documents.
G. Rules and regulations:
Quickly access your property regulations by using this option on the homepage. You can find the condominium regulations or those listed in your lease and download a copy. For Upperbee Condo environments, this is where you will find the condominium declaration.
H. Managements:
The names of the board of directors’ members and the property managers will be available in this section.
