Improvements
Automatic Lease Archiving ( Rental )
Leases are now archived automatically once they are completed. Previously, users had to archive them manually, which often led to outdated tenant records remaining active. This improvement ensures that only current leases and tenants are displayed.
Action Item Notifications
Managers were previously receiving “Action to be Taken” notifications even after a request had been closed or cancelled, creating unnecessary noise and confusion.
A new company-level setting has been added under Request Settings to give managers more control over their Action Item notifications.
Section Title: Request
Setting Label: Receive notifications on: Actions to be taken even when requests are closed/cancelled
Opt-Out Behavior:
When a manager disables this option:
Closing or cancelling a request will no longer trigger “Action to be Taken” notifications.
Any existing Action Items linked to closed or cancelled requests will automatically be removed from the manager’s view.
Trigger Conditions:
This behavior applies regardless of who closes or cancels the request.
Only notifications are affected — audit logs and request history remain fully preserved.
The Message Content Was Not Clickable.
Update: The messages content is clickable and will redirect to the complete message.
- Year-End Journal Cleanup
Year-end transaction batches have been removed to simplify reporting. Account balances are now reset automatically at the start of each fiscal year, ensuring cleaner and more accurate financial statements.
Document Reception Stats
For company managers, the daily statistics in the Document Reception module were previously showing the document age in hours instead of days. This has been corrected — the system now displays the proper time format (days) in the daily stats view.
Document reception
Autofill does not populate the description in expenses.
